Yes. Start an item bill in Quick Bill with an item name, selling price and quantity. Search existing items first and add a missing item within the bill when needed. Set up stock later using counted quantities and real purchase records. Unknown stock stays different from a known quantity of zero.
Open the customer khata and review its credit bills, opening dues, returns and payments. The balance shows what is still owed from the records entered. Record a partial collection against that customer to reduce the due. Treat that collection as payment of an earlier balance, rather than another sale.
No. Apna Galla has paid monthly plans: Starter ₹75, Smart ₹120 and Pro ₹210. You can create an account and request a demo without making a payment. Demo access requires administrator approval or an eligible campaign code. The available tools and the demo period depend on the plan and activation terms.
Yes. The text assistant lets you ask shop questions in familiar words using the business records available to your account. Its answers depend on recorded transactions, your access permissions and the tools in your plan. Missing stock or cost information should remain clear. Voice questions are currently marked as coming soon.
GST invoices and profit reports are included in the eligible Smart and Pro plans. The Starter plan covers the core billing, stock and khata workflows. Check the pricing page before choosing a plan. A reliable profit figure also needs genuine purchase costs; a missing cost does not mean zero cost.
